目的:观察消疣方治疗复发性尖锐湿疣的临床疗效。方法将60例复发性尖锐湿疣患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各30例。药物治疗前两组均予微波清除可见疣体。治疗组予以消疣方口服和外洗患处,每日1次;对照组予胸腺肽肠溶胶囊口服,每次10皂早,每日3次,另用舒乐宁外洗。两组连续治疗1个月,连续临床观察3个月,随访6个月。结果两组痊愈率比较,治疗组为83.3豫,对照组为56.7豫,差异有统计学意义(孕<0.05);两组复发率比较,治疗组为16.7豫,对照组为43.3豫,差异有统计学意义(孕<0.05)。结论消疣方治疗复发性尖锐湿疣疗效显著,能有效降低其复发率。

목적:관찰소우방치료복발성첨예습우적림상료효。방법장60례복발성첨예습우환자수궤분위치료조화대조조,매조각30례。약물치료전량조균여미파청제가견우체。치료조여이소우방구복화외세환처,매일1차;대조조여흉선태장용효낭구복,매차10조조,매일3차,령용서악저외세。량조련속치료1개월,련속림상관찰3개월,수방6개월。결과량조전유솔비교,치료조위83.3예,대조조위56.7예,차이유통계학의의(잉<0.05);량조복발솔비교,치료조위16.7예,대조조위43.3예,차이유통계학의의(잉<0.05)。결론소우방치료복발성첨예습우료효현저,능유효강저기복발솔。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of xiaoyou decoction in the treatment of recurrent condyloma acuminatum (CA). Methods Sixty patients with recurrent CA were randomly divided into two groups, with 30 cases in each group. Before the drug treatment, all patients received microwave to remove visible warts. Patients in the treatment group received xiaoyou decoction for oral administration and washing affected parts, once a day; Patients in the control group received thymosin enteric-coated capsules for oral administration three times a day and shulening for washing affected parts. All cases were treated for one month, continuously observed for 3 months, and followed-up for 6 months. Results The curative rate of the treatment group was 83.3%, significantly higher than 56.7%of the control group (P <0.05). The recurrence rate of the treatment group was 16.7%, lower than 43.3% of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusions Xiaoyou decoction has significant effect in the treatment of recurrent CA, which can effectively reduce the recurrence rate.
