目的:探讨颅脑超声诊断新生儿脑损伤的临床价值。方法应用颅脑超声对1387例住院新生儿进行早期检查及随访,分析声像图表现。结果颅脑超声检查1387例,其中正常声像图594例,异常声像图793例。结论颅脑超声对新生儿脑损伤诊断率高,并能连续监测新生儿病情变化,故可成为新生儿脑损伤早期诊断、判断其严重程度及随访的有效手段。
目的:探討顱腦超聲診斷新生兒腦損傷的臨床價值。方法應用顱腦超聲對1387例住院新生兒進行早期檢查及隨訪,分析聲像圖錶現。結果顱腦超聲檢查1387例,其中正常聲像圖594例,異常聲像圖793例。結論顱腦超聲對新生兒腦損傷診斷率高,併能連續鑑測新生兒病情變化,故可成為新生兒腦損傷早期診斷、判斷其嚴重程度及隨訪的有效手段。
목적:탐토로뇌초성진단신생인뇌손상적림상개치。방법응용로뇌초성대1387례주원신생인진행조기검사급수방,분석성상도표현。결과로뇌초성검사1387례,기중정상성상도594례,이상성상도793례。결론로뇌초성대신생인뇌손상진단솔고,병능련속감측신생인병정변화,고가성위신생인뇌손상조기진단、판단기엄중정도급수방적유효수단。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of cerebral ultrasound in diagnosis of neonatal brain injury. Methods Cerebral ultrasound was applied to 1 387 cases of newborn for early detection and follow-up, and the ultrasonographic features were analyzed. Results 1 387 cases were checked by cerebral ultrasound , including 594 cases of normal ultrasonography and 793 cases of abnormal ultrasonography. Conclusions Cerebral ultrasound has high diagnostic rate for neonatal brain injury, and can monitor the condition changes of newborns continuously, which is an effective measure for early diagnosis, determination of severity degree and follow-up of neonatal brain injury.
