The research direction for the relevant administrative departments of anti-poverty programs is how to strengthen the management and supervision for the fiscal investment poverty alleviation projects and the specialized funds. Based on the practical condition,the paper put forward countermeasures as following:strengthening the responsibility of all levels of government; strengthening the specialized funds for its specific purpose; innovating the management mode of the project and the fund use; establishing a long-term effective mechanism for the poverty alleviation programs and specialized funds supervision.
