目的:分析杭州市老年居民慢性病患病及其就医行为的情况与变化。方法:杭州市家庭入户调查使用自编的家庭健康调查表,采用多阶段分层抽样,在2009—2013年进行连续性调查,选择其中60岁及以上老年居民为研究对象,分析老年居民慢性病患病情况及其就医行为。结果:杭州市老年居民慢性病患病率较高,2009—2013年患病率前三位的慢性病均为高血压、心脏病和糖尿病。门诊首诊选择在社区的比例有所上升,同时自我医疗比例也较高。社区就诊费用低于二、三级医院就诊费用,但不同级别医疗机构的自付比例没有明显差异。结论:应当重视慢性病的预防与治疗,加强社区首诊观念,降低老年居民疾病负担。

목적:분석항주시노년거민만성병환병급기취의행위적정황여변화。방법:항주시가정입호조사사용자편적가정건강조사표,채용다계단분층추양,재2009—2013년진행련속성조사,선택기중60세급이상노년거민위연구대상,분석노년거민만성병환병정황급기취의행위。결과:항주시노년거민만성병환병솔교고,2009—2013년환병솔전삼위적만성병균위고혈압、심장병화당뇨병。문진수진선택재사구적비례유소상승,동시자아의료비례야교고。사구취진비용저우이、삼급의원취진비용,단불동급별의료궤구적자부비례몰유명현차이。결론:응당중시만성병적예방여치료,가강사구수진관념,강저노년거민질병부담。
Objective:To analyze the basic information,changes of chronic diseases situation and medical care seeking behavior of elderly residents in Hangzhou.Methods:Hangzhou household surveys were conducted annually from 2009 to 2013 with a self-compiled questionnaire and multi-stage stratified sampling,and the elderly residents aged 60 and above among the surveys were selected for the study.Results:The elderly residents in Hangzhou had high prevalence of chronic diseases,of which the top three were hypertension,heart disease and diabetes. The proportion of outpatients seeking community health services as first rose and meanwhile the proportion of self-medication stayed high. The community health services cost less than the upper level health services,but no significant differences were found in the self-paid ratios.Conclusion:More attention should be paid to the prevention and treatment of chronic diseases and the behavior of seeking community health services should be encouraged as well in order to reduce the disease burden of elderly residents.
