针对自主研发的切线法数控成形非球面机床,提出一种基于改进型PID控制算法结合开发型UMAC软件定位误差补偿方法,给出了具体实现步骤。通过建立改进型PID控制模型和开发型UMAC误差修正表对切线法数控成形非球面机床进行定位误差补偿,实际应用和实验验证表明,该方法可以有效地解决数控机床的定位误差问题。
