腰椎间盘退变引起的下腰痛是影响人们健康的重要原因,MRI 技术是诊断腰椎间盘退变的主要手段,特别是MR扩散加权成像、T2 mapping成像、T1ρ加权成像、钠MRI、软骨延迟钆增强MRI 和MR 波谱成像等新技术能够通过对蛋白聚糖、水等椎间盘细胞外基质成分进行检测,从而达到早期诊断腰椎间盘退行性变的目的。从上述几个方面综合论述MRI技术用于定量分析研究早期腰椎间盘退变的新进展,并就各自的优缺点进行比较。
腰椎間盤退變引起的下腰痛是影響人們健康的重要原因,MRI 技術是診斷腰椎間盤退變的主要手段,特彆是MR擴散加權成像、T2 mapping成像、T1ρ加權成像、鈉MRI、軟骨延遲釓增彊MRI 和MR 波譜成像等新技術能夠通過對蛋白聚糖、水等椎間盤細胞外基質成分進行檢測,從而達到早期診斷腰椎間盤退行性變的目的。從上述幾箇方麵綜閤論述MRI技術用于定量分析研究早期腰椎間盤退變的新進展,併就各自的優缺點進行比較。

Lumbar disc degeneration is the main reason of low back pain. MRI is the most commonly used technology to evaluate the health status of the intervertebral disc. Novel MRI techniques, such as diffusion-weighted imaging, T 2 mapping imaging, T1ρ-weighted imaging, sodium MRI, cartilage delayed gadolinium-enhanced MRI and magnetic resonance spectroscopy imaging, are ingenious in quantifying the alterations in collagen structure, water and proteoglycan loss of disc degeneration. In this article we reviewed the progresses of integrated magnetic resonance imaging technique in early detecting disc degeneration, the advantages and disadvantages of each method were discussed.
