哈达铺隧道下穿铁匠沟浅埋段软塑淤泥质黏土为Ⅵ级围岩,承载力低,在施工扰动后很难形成稳定受力圈,施工难度大。地表做排水沟对地表水引流,防止渗入隧道内。采用地表注浆加固隧道范围内围岩,增强其自稳能力,高压喷射注浆将浆液注入松软的岩土,胶结后形成一个强度较高的新岩土体,隔离了淤泥物,提高了隧道基底承载力,使原来软弱层得到良好的加固,有效控制了隧道变形及地表沉降,满足了施工需要。
哈達鋪隧道下穿鐵匠溝淺埋段軟塑淤泥質黏土為Ⅵ級圍巖,承載力低,在施工擾動後很難形成穩定受力圈,施工難度大。地錶做排水溝對地錶水引流,防止滲入隧道內。採用地錶註漿加固隧道範圍內圍巖,增彊其自穩能力,高壓噴射註漿將漿液註入鬆軟的巖土,膠結後形成一箇彊度較高的新巖土體,隔離瞭淤泥物,提高瞭隧道基底承載力,使原來軟弱層得到良好的加固,有效控製瞭隧道變形及地錶沉降,滿足瞭施工需要。

As the shallow buried section of the Hadapu Tunnel underpasses the Tiejiang Valley of soft silt clay,which belongs to type-VI surrounding rock whose bearing capacity is low,it is difficult to form a stable stress circle after the construction dis-turbance,as a result of which the construction there is very hard to perform.In such a case,surface draining ditches are dug to drain surface water so as to prevent it from penetrating the tunnel.Surface grouting is applied to consolidating the surrounding rock around the tunnel in order to enhance its self-stability capability,with high-pressurized slurry inj ected into the loose and weak earth to form a new layer of cemented rocky body with great strength.As it isolates itself from silt,the bearing capability of the tunnel base is enhanced,as a result of which the original weak layer is well solidified,thus the deformation of the tunnel and the surface settlement are effectively kept under control,and the needs of construction are well met.
