目的:探讨鸟甘酸环化酶 C ( GCC )在大肠癌患者外周血中的表达及其临床意义。方法采用RT-PCR法对32例大肠癌患者、25例大肠良性病变患者、30例健康体检者外周血中GCC表达情况进行检测,并对大肠癌病理指标与GCC mRNA 表达阳性率之间关系进行研究。结果32例大肠癌患者中,GCC mRNA 的阳性检出率为65.63%(21/32),良性组中 GCC mRNA 的阳性检出率为20.00%(5/25),而对照组中未见 GCC mRNA 表达;三组外周血中表达阳性率差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。大肠癌患者 GCC mRNA 表达水平与Duke 分期、淋巴结转移和肝转移密切相关(P<0.05),与年龄、性别、肿瘤大小等无关(P>0.05)。结论 GCC mRNA 在大肠癌患者外周血中阳性表达率较高,特别是复发或转移病例,可作为大肠癌术后复发、转移的早期检测指标之一。

목적:탐토조감산배화매 C ( GCC )재대장암환자외주혈중적표체급기림상의의。방법채용RT-PCR법대32례대장암환자、25례대장량성병변환자、30례건강체검자외주혈중GCC표체정황진행검측,병대대장암병리지표여GCC mRNA 표체양성솔지간관계진행연구。결과32례대장암환자중,GCC mRNA 적양성검출솔위65.63%(21/32),량성조중 GCC mRNA 적양성검출솔위20.00%(5/25),이대조조중미견 GCC mRNA 표체;삼조외주혈중표체양성솔차이구유통계학의의(P<0.05)。대장암환자 GCC mRNA 표체수평여Duke 분기、림파결전이화간전이밀절상관(P<0.05),여년령、성별、종류대소등무관(P>0.05)。결론 GCC mRNA 재대장암환자외주혈중양성표체솔교고,특별시복발혹전이병례,가작위대장암술후복발、전이적조기검측지표지일。
Objective To explore the expression and its clinical significance of GCC in colorectal carcinoma, and provide a theoretical reference for the clinical prevention and treatment. Methods To study the relationship between pathological indexes and the positive expression rate of GCC mRNA in colorectal carcinoma, 32 cases of colorectal cancer, 25 patients with benign colorectal lesions, 30 cases of healthy donors were detected in GCC expression by RT-PCR method. Results The positive rate of GCC mRNA in 32 cases of colorectal cancer patients was 65.63%(21/32), while in benign group was 20% (5/25). However, the GCC mRNA was unexpressed in the control group. The different peripheral blood expression rates of the three groups were statistically significant (P < 0.05). The GCC expression of patients with colorectal cancer is closely related to Duke stage, lymph node metastasis and liver metastasis (P < 0.05), and independent of age, gender and tumor size (P>0.05). Conclusion The positive expression rate of GCC mRNA is high in peripheral blood of patients with colorectal cancer, especially in the recurrent or metastatic cases. And for this, it can be used as one of indexes of early detection of recurrence, metastasis after operation.
