对SA-765GrⅢ低温钢压力容器厚壁封头热成型加热温度进行了研究和探讨。试验结果表明:成型温度越低,越有利于晶粒细化;温度过低时由于压机设备限制成型困难;成型温度过高,晶粒有明显长大现象。当成型温度不高于1000℃时,SA-765GrⅢ钢的力学性能可以通过后续标准热处理获得改善。

This paper studies and discusses heating temperature of hot forming for SA-765 Gr.Ⅲ low-temperature steel thick-walled pressure vessel head .The test results show that the lower hot forming temperature is , the more bene-ficial to grain refinement is , but it is difficult for too low temperature forming due to the press equipment , and hot form-ing temperature is too high , and grain is grewing up obviously .When hot forming temperature is not higher than 1 000℃, mechanics properties of SA-765 Gr.Ⅲsteel can be improved by subsequent standard heat treatment .
