“四风”问题的解决，需要纳入某种学理上的分析。就中国传统治道来看，可将“文质世运”说作为分析“四风”问题的一个理论假设。诸如“四风”问题，自古有之。其中，汉魏之际曹魏集团对“清淡浮华”问题的处理方式，可视为对“文质运世”说的一个检验，并可为当前“四风”问题的解决提供一个历史借鉴。实质上，求真务实是“四风”问题的深层关涉，也是“四风”问题的解决之道。在反对“四风”中坚持求真务实，既汲取了“以质救文”的中国传统政治智慧，也践行了马克思主义“实事求是”的科学精神。

Obviously the harm of"Si-feng" problem is huge,so that it is necessary to put forward some academic analysis.In the point of view of Chinese traditional statecraft,the belief that"nature and nurture changes alternately"can be a feasible theoretical hy-pothesis for the analysis of the concerning problem.These problems like"Si-feng",have existed since ancient times.Among them, the way in which Cao-wei Group solved the problem of"idle talk of vanity",can be regarded as a test of the theory which advocates"nature and nurture changes alternately," and can provide a historical reference to solve the current problem of "Si-feng".In es-sence,"seeking truth and keeping pragmatic",is a deep question of"Si-feng",and is also a solution to"Si-feng"problem.In op-position to "Si-feng",to adhere to"seeking truth and keeping pragmatic",shows not only to resort to the Chinese traditional politi-cal wisdom of"saving nurture by nature",but also to practice the Marxist scientific spirit of"seeking truth from facts".
