水热法合成片状Co微晶材料,其在2~18 GHz频段具有高介电常数和大的介电损耗.将片状Co微晶与 W型锶铁氧体构成阻抗渐变的双层吸波涂层,对在2~18 GHz频段其反射损耗随着各层厚度的变化关系进行表征.结果表明,双层吸波涂层具有涂层薄、吸收强和频带宽特性.如:当钴涂层和 W型锶铁氧体涂层的厚度分别为0.8、1.2 mm 时,最大反射损耗达到-50 dB;反射损耗小于-8 dB 时的频带为8.64~12.08 GHz.
水熱法閤成片狀Co微晶材料,其在2~18 GHz頻段具有高介電常數和大的介電損耗.將片狀Co微晶與 W型鍶鐵氧體構成阻抗漸變的雙層吸波塗層,對在2~18 GHz頻段其反射損耗隨著各層厚度的變化關繫進行錶徵.結果錶明,雙層吸波塗層具有塗層薄、吸收彊和頻帶寬特性.如:噹鈷塗層和 W型鍶鐵氧體塗層的厚度分彆為0.8、1.2 mm 時,最大反射損耗達到-50 dB;反射損耗小于-8 dB 時的頻帶為8.64~12.08 GHz.
수열법합성편상Co미정재료,기재2~18 GHz빈단구유고개전상수화대적개전손모.장편상Co미정여 W형송철양체구성조항점변적쌍층흡파도층,대재2~18 GHz빈단기반사손모수착각층후도적변화관계진행표정.결과표명,쌍층흡파도층구유도층박、흡수강화빈대관특성.여:당고도층화 W형송철양체도층적후도분별위0.8、1.2 mm 시,최대반사손모체도-50 dB;반사손모소우-8 dB 시적빈대위8.64~12.08 GHz.
Flake-shaped cobalt microcrystals were prepared by hydrothermal method,the high permittivity and high dielectric loss were observed in cobalt microcrystals embedded in the wax composite in 2-18 GHz range.The microwave absorption properties of double-layer microwave absorber based on W-type strontium ferrite and flake-shaped cobalt microcrystals were characterized in 2-18 GHz range.The results showed that double-layer microwave absorber could satisfy the requirement of thin coating,strong microwave absorption and broad bandwidth,for example,when the thickness of Co coating and W-type strontium ferrite coating were 0.8 mm and 1.2 mm respectively,the maximum reflection loss could reach -50 dB,and the bandwidth less than -8 dB covers the 8.64-12.08 GHz range.
