目的：探索不同病因所致的阴茎异常勃起的不同的治疗方法，总结阴茎异常勃起的诊治经验。方法回顾性分析我院5例阴茎异常勃起患者的治疗情况，根据不同情况，采用保守疗法，分别使用中药验方淋必清汤和刮痧放血、黄连清心饮、独活寄生汤和牵引、大黄粉等治疗。结果5例经治疗后均痊愈，回访未见复发。结论对不同病因所致的阴茎异常勃起，应审症求因，辨证论治。中医药治疗阴茎异常勃起安全有效，可以作为临床重要的选择。
목적：탐색불동병인소치적음경이상발기적불동적치료방법，총결음경이상발기적진치경험。방법회고성분석아원5례음경이상발기환자적치료정황，근거불동정황，채용보수요법，분별사용중약험방림필청탕화괄사방혈、황련청심음、독활기생탕화견인、대황분등치료。결과5례경치료후균전유，회방미견복발。결론대불동병인소치적음경이상발기，응심증구인，변증론치。중의약치료음경이상발기안전유효，가이작위림상중요적선택。
Objective To explore distinct treatment of priapism caused by different etiopathogenisis and summarize clinical experience related to priapism. Methods A retrospective analysis was carried out in the study on the treatment of five cases with priapism. Five patients were treated by conservative therapy such as the prescriptions Linbiqing decoction plus scraping, Huanglianqingxin decoction, Duhuojisheng decoction with traction, Dahuang powder. Results After conservative treatment, all the patients were cured without sequelae or recurrence. Conclusion History and symptoms, the etiological factor and sub-type should be identified before making a treatment decison. Chinese medicine treatment for priapism is safe and effective which can be used as an important choice in clinic.
