目的:了解健康体检门诊20~59岁男性下尿路症状(LUTS)的发病情况、年龄分布,评估LUTS与早泄(PE)之间的相关性。方法选取2012年6月至2013年6月安徽医科大学第一附属医院健康体检门诊的1459例20~59岁接受检查的男性,所有对象均采集年龄、体质量、身高等内容。LUTS、PE分别采用国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)、早泄诊断工具(PEDT)和阴道内射精潜伏时间(IELT)进行评估。结果各组年龄LUTS发病情况:20岁~为56人(30.8%),30岁~为275人(64.3%),40岁~为442人(75.8%),50~59岁为223人(83.8%)。LUTS组和非LUTS组中IELT<1min的人数所占比例分别是34.24%和18.36%(P<0.001),PEDT评分≥11分的人数所占比例分别是21.29%和11.23%(P <0.001)。IPSS评分与PEDT评分和IELT间均表现出明显相关性(r 分别为0.610和-0.514,P<0.001)。结论 LUTS在成年男性中普遍存在,发病率随年龄增大而增加。LUTS和PEDT、IELT存在明显相关性。

Objective To investigate the incidence and age distribution of lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS) and premature ejaculation (PE) in men aged 20~50 years old and analyze the correlation between LUTS and PE. Methods Total of 1459 men aged 20-50 years between June 2012 and June 2013 were enrolled in the study. The data including age, weight and height etc were collected. An evaluation was performed on the LUTS using the IPSS, and the PE using the premature ejaculation diagnostic tool (PEDT) and intra-vaginal ejaculation latency time (IELT). Results The occurrence of LUTS for each group was as follows: in 20~ year group, 56(30.8%) men had LUTS, in 30~ year group, 275(64.3%) men had LUTS, in 40~ year group, 442(75.8%) men had LUTS, and in 50~ year group, 223(83.8%) men had LUTS. The proportion of LUTS group and No-LUTS group with IELT<1 minutes accounted for 34.24% and 18.36%(P<0.001), with PEDT≥11 scores, the proportion accounted for 21.29% and 11.23%(P<0.001). IPSS showed a significant correlation with PEDT(r=0.610, P<0.001)and IELT(r= -0.514,P<0.001). Conclusion LUTS were frequent in adult healthy male. With the increase of age, the incidence of LUTS were also increased. LUTS were significantly correlated with PEDT and IELT.
