目的:探讨3种试剂8-OH-DPAT、达泊西汀和甲基安非他明对雄鼠性行为的影响。方法将120只具有射精经历的雄鼠随机分为4组,每组30只,分别为对照组、8-OH-DPAT、达泊西汀和甲基安非他明给药组。分别给予雄鼠注射生理盐水、8-OH-DPAT(0.5mg/kg、1.0mg/kg、2.0mg/kg 腹腔注射)、达泊西汀(30mg/kg、45mg/kg、60mg/kg 腹腔注射)、甲基安非他明(0.5mg/kg、1.0mg/kg、2.0mg/kg 腹腔注射)一次,注射时间分别为实验前20min、1h、15min。然后与发情良好的雌鼠1:1合笼,用摄像机录像观察并记录他们发生性行为特征指标。各组实验重复3次。结果与对照组相比,0.5mg/kg、1.0mg/kg 8-OH-DPAT有显著性差异(P<0.05),减小骑跨、插入、射精潜伏期及射精后间隔期,增加射精次数和提高交配效率,进而促进雄鼠性行为。达泊西汀各剂量组均对雄鼠射精有显著性的抑制作用(P<0.05),延长射精潜伏期及射精后间隔期,减少射精次数及降低交配效率。0.5mg/kg安非他明对雄鼠性行为有显著性的促进作用(P <0.05),减小骑跨、插入潜伏期和射精后间隔期,增加射精次数,但1.0mg/kg安非他明延缓雄鼠射精,而到2.0mg/kg时几乎完全抑制雄鼠性行为。结论5-HT1A受体激动剂8-OH-DPAT促进雄鼠射精。选择性5-HT再摄取抑制剂(SSRI)达泊西汀延迟射精的发生,可用于早泄的治疗。精神兴奋剂甲基安非他明对性行为的影响与剂量有关。

목적:탐토3충시제8-OH-DPAT、체박서정화갑기안비타명대웅서성행위적영향。방법장120지구유사정경력적웅서수궤분위4조,매조30지,분별위대조조、8-OH-DPAT、체박서정화갑기안비타명급약조。분별급여웅서주사생리염수、8-OH-DPAT(0.5mg/kg、1.0mg/kg、2.0mg/kg 복강주사)、체박서정(30mg/kg、45mg/kg、60mg/kg 복강주사)、갑기안비타명(0.5mg/kg、1.0mg/kg、2.0mg/kg 복강주사)일차,주사시간분별위실험전20min、1h、15min。연후여발정량호적자서1:1합롱,용섭상궤록상관찰병기록타문발생성행위특정지표。각조실험중복3차。결과여대조조상비,0.5mg/kg、1.0mg/kg 8-OH-DPAT유현저성차이(P<0.05),감소기과、삽입、사정잠복기급사정후간격기,증가사정차수화제고교배효솔,진이촉진웅서성행위。체박서정각제량조균대웅서사정유현저성적억제작용(P<0.05),연장사정잠복기급사정후간격기,감소사정차수급강저교배효솔。0.5mg/kg안비타명대웅서성행위유현저성적촉진작용(P <0.05),감소기과、삽입잠복기화사정후간격기,증가사정차수,단1.0mg/kg안비타명연완웅서사정,이도2.0mg/kg시궤호완전억제웅서성행위。결론5-HT1A수체격동제8-OH-DPAT촉진웅서사정。선택성5-HT재섭취억제제(SSRI)체박서정연지사정적발생,가용우조설적치료。정신흥강제갑기안비타명대성행위적영향여제량유관。
Objective To investigate the effects of 8-OH-DPAT,Dapoxetine and Methamphetamine on sexual behavior of male rats. Methods One hundred and twenty adult male rats who have experienced ejaculation were divided into four groups includingthe control(30 rats), 8-OH-DPAT group(30 rats), Dapoxetine group(30 rats) and Methamphetamine groups(30 rats), rats in which group respectively received one time injection of 0.9% sodium chloride, 8-OH-DPAT (0.5mg/kg, 1.0mg/kg, 2.0mg/kg S.C.), Dapoxetine (30mg/kg, 45mg/kg, 60mg/kg S.C.), Methamphetamine (0.5mg/kg, 1.0mg/kg, 2.0mg/kg), and the injection time points were set at 20min, 1h, 15min before experiment. Then male rats were lived with good estrus female mate, sex characteristic index was recorded by a video camera. Each group experiment was repeated three times. Results Compared with control group, 0.5mg/kg and 1.0mg/kg 8-OH-DPAT by intravenous injection both existed in significant difference (P<0.05). They produced facilitation of the male rat sexual behavior, characterized by a decrease in mount, intromission, ejaculation latency and post-ejaculatory interval, by increase in ejaculation frequency and improvement in copulation efficiency; All doses of Dapoxetine had significant inhibition to ejaculation in male rats (P<0.05), as evidenced by extension in ejaculation latency and post-ejaculatory interval, reduction in ejaculation frequency and copulation efficiency; Methamphetamine (0.5mg/kg S.C.) promoted remarkably sexual behavior in male rats (P<0.05), as observed by decrease in mount, intromission, ejaculation latency and post-ejaculatory interval, increase in mount and ejaculation frequency. However, 1.0mg/kg Methamphetamine delayed ejaculation and 2.0mg/kg Methamphetamine almost completely inhibited sexual behavior in male rats. Conclusion The agonist of 5-HT1A 8-OH-DPAT facilitates and serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) dopoxetine delays ejaculation in male rat, which the latter can be used for treatment in premature. The effects of psychostimulant Meth amphetamine on sexual behavior in male rat are does-dependent.
