为全面评价数控机床加工能力与加工任务的匹配，需要在机床自身特性评价的基础上增加工艺设计对加工能力影响方面的评价。首先从通用加工能力影响因素和特殊加工能力影响因素两方面，提出数控机床加工能力匹配评价体系；然后应用模糊综合算法建立加工能力匹配评价模型；最后以3台数控机床对同一加工任务的匹配评价为例，验证了所提方法的可行性。

In order to evaluate the matching of the machining capability and the manufacturing task overall, it is essential to add the effect of process design on the machining capability. Firstly, an evaluation system of machining capability matching of CNC machine tools was presented including general capability and special machining capability. Then the evaluation model of machining capability matching was established by apply-ing fuzzy comprehensive method. Finally a cases was calculated to verify the presented method.
