主轴是机床的关键部件,其热变形误差是影响精密机床工作精度的主要因素之一。文章对镗床主轴的不同热变形误差形式及对加工精度的影响进行了讨论。依据ISO和ASME标准建立某型号精密卧式坐标镗床热变形误差的测试环境,采用高精度测试系统对其主轴进行温度和热变形误差的实验测试与分析。结果表明,主轴热变形误差严重影响机床加工精度,主轴转速影响其达到热平衡的时间及热误差大小,需采取有效措施对热变形误差进行补偿,优化热结构,进一步提高机床加工精度。
主軸是機床的關鍵部件,其熱變形誤差是影響精密機床工作精度的主要因素之一。文章對鏜床主軸的不同熱變形誤差形式及對加工精度的影響進行瞭討論。依據ISO和ASME標準建立某型號精密臥式坐標鏜床熱變形誤差的測試環境,採用高精度測試繫統對其主軸進行溫度和熱變形誤差的實驗測試與分析。結果錶明,主軸熱變形誤差嚴重影響機床加工精度,主軸轉速影響其達到熱平衡的時間及熱誤差大小,需採取有效措施對熱變形誤差進行補償,優化熱結構,進一步提高機床加工精度。

The spindle is a primate part of the machine tool and its thermal deformation error is one of the important factors affecting the maching accrucy of the precise machine tool. It was discussed that the differ-ent forms of the thermal deformation errors of the boring spindle and its influence on maching precision. Ac-cording to ISO and ASME standard,a thermal deformation testing system for a model of precise horizontal coordinate boring machine was built up,and the temperature and theimal deformation error fo the spindle was tested and analyzed with high precision testing system. The results shows that the maching precision of the spindle is affected by the thermal deformation seriously,the speed of the spindle affects the time that reaches heat balance and the thermal error size. Effective measures should be taken to compensate the thermal de-formation error and optimizate the structure of the machine tool,so that the maching accuracy of the machine tool have further improving.
