高速加工中夹头/刀具的联结性能对加工精度和机床可靠性具有重要影响。液压膨胀式夹头是一种采用静压膨胀原理夹持刀具的超高精密夹头,它具有优良技术性能。采用机械零件可靠性设计的方法,建立了液压膨胀夹头/刀具联结的可靠性模型,并确定广义应力和广义强度的分布,比较了蒙特卡洛法和积分法求解的液压膨胀夹头的可靠度。分析得出转速、间隙量、油压、凸起长度、凸起高度对液压膨胀夹头可靠性的影响,研究结果为夹头的设计、制造与使用提供有效的依据和参考。

The connection performances of toolholder/tool interface has important influence on machining accuracy and reliability of machine tool. Hydraulic Expansion Toolholder is ultra-precision tool clamping toolholder which adopts static expansion and has excellent technical performance. Based on the theory of me-chanical reliability design, the reliability model of Hydraulic Expansion Toolholder/tool is established, and the distribution of generalized stress and generalized strength is determined. Compared to Monte Carlo meth-od and Integration method, reliability of Hydraulic Expansion Toolholder is worked out. The effect of differ-ent rotational speed,gap,oil pressure, length of the bulge,height of the bulge on the reliability of Hydraulic Expansion Toolholder is discussed in detail. The results can provide effective basis and reference for design manufacturing and using of the toolholder.
