将温度作为唯一的应力应用于自适应加速寿命的试验方法中进行试验,在应用改进的遗传算法的情况下,最小精度由试验而得,自适应最佳的加速寿命试验方案优化设计的方法由此设计得到,该优化方案的目标是正常工作应力水平下产品的可靠性评估精度和试验的截尾数量,即试验的成本,在这种情况下,自适应加速寿命试验方案的优化设计的数学模型依据温度应力而建立。试验以数控系统HNC-21 M为样本,其优化设计的结果显示,优化后的试验在试验数据的评估精度提高的同时也减少了试验的次数,并且试验的样本量和试验时间不同程度的减少和缩短。

Aiming at the problem of temperature stress accelerated life test design ,adaptive accelerated life test method,We established the mathematical model of adaptive accelerated life test of optimization design under the temperature stress,which according to the method of adaptive accelerated life testing scheme opti-mization design is proposed and the goal of products in the reliability evaluation precision during normal working stress level test truncated number (test cost),In the application of the improved genetic algorithm theory established the experiment on the basis of the temperature at which the minimum accuracy. On HNC-21M of CNC system of temperature stress accelerated life test optimization design results show that,It is not only can improve the estimation precision of test data, reduce test times,but also can reduce the sample size required for the test, and can shorten the test time after optimization of testing scheme.
