目的:分析首发精神分裂症(FES)患者大脑左侧额叶的 CT 值变化。方法回顾性分析100例经临床确诊的 FES 患者的脑部 CT 图像,所有患者均符合 ICD10诊断标准、首次发病、首次经抗精神药物治疗且病程≤2年,并和对照组(n=100)的脑部CT 图像进行对照研究。对研究对象大脑左侧额叶同一部位进行 CT 值的测量,所测值经过统计学处理后,分析 FES 患者大脑左侧额叶的 CT 值变化。结果大脑左侧额叶 CT 值:FES 患者为(33.55±2.08)HU,对照组为(37.17±3.16)HU,FES 患者大脑左侧额叶 CT 值较对照组减小。结论FES 患者大脑左侧额叶的 CT 值减低,为精神分裂症病因学研究提供重要的影像学依据。

목적:분석수발정신분렬증(FES)환자대뇌좌측액협적 CT 치변화。방법회고성분석100례경림상학진적 FES 환자적뇌부 CT 도상,소유환자균부합 ICD10진단표준、수차발병、수차경항정신약물치료차병정≤2년,병화대조조(n=100)적뇌부CT 도상진행대조연구。대연구대상대뇌좌측액협동일부위진행 CT 치적측량,소측치경과통계학처리후,분석 FES 환자대뇌좌측액협적 CT 치변화。결과대뇌좌측액협 CT 치:FES 환자위(33.55±2.08)HU,대조조위(37.17±3.16)HU,FES 환자대뇌좌측액협 CT 치교대조조감소。결론FES 환자대뇌좌측액협적 CT 치감저,위정신분렬증병인학연구제공중요적영상학의거。
Objective To explore the CT value change in the left frontal lobe of patient with first-episode schizophrenia(FES). Methods Retrospective analysis the brain CT image of 100 cases who were diagnosed FES clinically.All patients,according to the diagnostic criteria of ICD10,first attack,first treatment by antipsychotic drug and the duration of the disease less than two years, meanwhile,compared with the brain CT image of healthy matched groups(n=100).All subjects received brain CT scan and obtained the CT images.To measure the CT value in the same place of left frontal lobe in all studies.Analysis of the CT value changes in the left frontal lobe of patients with FES was done statistically.Results The CT value in the left frontal lobe:patient with FES was (33.55±2.08)HU,control groups was (37.1 7±3.1 6)HU,The CT value in the left frontal lobe of patient with FES was decreased compared with the control groups.Conclusion The CT value in the left frontal lobe of patients with FES is decreased.The results of the research can provide important imaging evidence for the schizophernia etiology research.
