目的：探讨胃癌根治术应用不同麻醉方式对术后患者的疼痛程度影响。方法选取实施胃癌根治术的患者68例，随机分成2组，每组34例患者。对照组采取全麻方式，观察组采取复合麻醉方式。术后对2组患者疼痛程度进行对照并分析。结果采用复合麻醉方式的术后患者与全麻方式的术后患者相比，疼痛更少，效果明显。结论应用复合麻醉对胃癌根治术患者止痛，临床效果更加明显。
목적：탐토위암근치술응용불동마취방식대술후환자적동통정도영향。방법선취실시위암근치술적환자68례，수궤분성2조，매조34례환자。대조조채취전마방식，관찰조채취복합마취방식。술후대2조환자동통정도진행대조병분석。결과채용복합마취방식적술후환자여전마방식적술후환자상비，동통경소，효과명현。결론응용복합마취대위암근치술환자지통，림상효과경가명현。
Objective To study the postoperative pain levels of radical gastrectomy in different anesthesia .Methods 68 patients treated with radical gastrectomy were randomly divided into 2 groups,each with 34 patients.The control group received anesthesia ,the observation group received complex anesthesia .Postoperative pain levels of the 2 groups were compared and ana-lyzed.Results Compared with patients with general anesthesia , patients with complex anesthesia had less pain and obvious effect.Conclusion The combined anesthesia for pain relief in patients treated with radical gastrectomy has pronounced clinical effects.
