本试验采用1、2、4头份免疫剂量对重庆市荣昌县不同地区的仔猪进行PRRS免疫，然后在免疫后28 d和60 d分别采取血清用ELISA检测免疫抗体水平。结果显示：免疫4头份的抗体阳性率最高，为100%；其次为2头份免疫，抗体阳性率为91.67%；而1头份免疫的抗体阳性率仅为50%。进一步测定抗体滴度，发现2头份、4头份剂量在28 d和60 d的抗体效果差异性不显著。综合考虑，注射2头份高致病性猪蓝耳病活疫苗的免疫效果最佳。
본시험채용1、2、4두빈면역제량대중경시영창현불동지구적자저진행PRRS면역，연후재면역후28 d화60 d분별채취혈청용ELISA검측면역항체수평。결과현시：면역4두빈적항체양성솔최고，위100%；기차위2두빈면역，항체양성솔위91.67%；이1두빈면역적항체양성솔부위50%。진일보측정항체적도，발현2두빈、4두빈제량재28 d화60 d적항체효과차이성불현저。종합고필，주사2두빈고치병성저람이병활역묘적면역효과최가。
In this experiment, the antibody level of piglet in different farm immunized with PRRSV live vaccine (1 dose,2 dose and 4 dose) were detected by method of enzyme-linked im-muno sorbent assay (ELISA) at 28 days and 60 days after immunization. The results demonstrated that the highest antibody positive rate (100%) was found in 4 dose group,followed by 2 dose (an-tibody positive rate was 91.67%) and 1 dose (50%). There wasn′t significant difference between im-mune dosage of 2 and 4 with PRRSV live vaccine at 28 days and 60 days later. The experimental result indicated that the optimum immune dosage of PRRSV live vaccine was 2 doage.
