某电厂600 MW机组用KWPKC 600-800型离心式脱硫浆液循环泵为锥形密封口环,在运行过程中出现较为剧烈且规律性的振动,影响了脱硫系统的正常运行。为此,运用CFD分析法计算得出泵内两相流流场的速度分布及压力分布,并对叶轮口环进行了加装挡流平台和改变密封流道的改造。改造后,对口环间隙分别为3、6 mm的泵内流场进行数值模拟。结果表明,改造后泄流对入口流道处所形成的高压屏障处压力有所减小,噪声、振动明显减弱。

The 600-800 type centrifugal desulfurization slurry cycling pump in a 600 MW unit applies conical sealing rings,which had intense and regular vibrations during work,affecting normal operation of the des-ulfurization system.Therefore,the CFD software was adopted to simulate the velocity distribution and pressure distribution of the two-phase flow in the pumps.Moreover,the impeller wearing ring was retrofit-ted by installing a buffle plat.After the transformation,numerical simulation on flow field inside the pump was carried out,with the ring gap of 3 mm and 6 mm,respectively.The results show that,the vibration of the slurry pump operation reduced dramatically.
