针对再热蒸汽供热的热电联产机组供热负荷较大且多变的问题,对机组的协调控制、水煤比控制、燃煤热值校正回路(BTU)控制进行了优化,同时在汽轮机数字电液控制系统(DEH)中增加了再热调节阀压力调节功能,实现了机组在协调控制方式下电负荷及热负荷的调节功能,从而保证了机组的安全、稳定、经济运行。
針對再熱蒸汽供熱的熱電聯產機組供熱負荷較大且多變的問題,對機組的協調控製、水煤比控製、燃煤熱值校正迴路(BTU)控製進行瞭優化,同時在汽輪機數字電液控製繫統(DEH)中增加瞭再熱調節閥壓力調節功能,實現瞭機組在協調控製方式下電負荷及熱負荷的調節功能,從而保證瞭機組的安全、穩定、經濟運行。
침대재열증기공열적열전련산궤조공열부하교대차다변적문제,대궤조적협조공제、수매비공제、연매열치교정회로(BTU)공제진행료우화,동시재기륜궤수자전액공제계통(DEH)중증가료재열조절벌압력조절공능,실현료궤조재협조공제방식하전부하급열부하적조절공능,종이보증료궤조적안전、은정、경제운행。
Against such problems as high and variable heating load in co-generation units with reheat steam heating,the coordination control,water/coal ratio control and coal-fired calorific value correction loop (BTU)control were optimized.Moreover,the intercept valve pressure regulating function was added in the turbine digital electro-hydraulic control system (DEH).Thus,the unit load and heat load regulation in the coordination mode was realized,which ensures the security,stability,economic operation of the units.
