针对直径为0.205 m,高度为7 m的冷态高密度循环流化床(CFB)试验台,在表观气速为6.3 m/s的条件下,借助小波理论对不同循环流率、不同出口结构的压力脉动特性进行了分析.结果表明:不管是高密度条件下还是低密度条件下的压力脉动,均属于低频脉动,脉动幅度为0~12.5 Hz;在相同的出口结构和同一表观气速下,随着循环流率的增加,风室的压力增加,压力脉动的幅度也增加;在同一表观气速和相同循环流率下,Г型突变出口结构的风室压力和压力脉动幅度的增长速率均比C型光滑出口结构的大.

On the basis of a cold state high-density circulating fluidized bed (CFB)test bench with diameter of 0.205 m and height of 7 m,the wavelet theory was employed to investigate the pulsation characteristics of the pres-sure under conditions with different circulation flow rates and outlet structures,at superficial gas velocity of 6 .3 m/s.The results show that the pressure pulsation under both high-density and low-density conditions was low frequency pulse and its amplitude ranged from 0 Hz to 1 2 .5 Hz.With the same outlet structure and superficial gas velocity,the main bed pressure and its pulsation amplitude increased with the circulation flow rate.With the same superficial gas velocity and circulation flow rate,both the main bed pressure and growth rate of pressure pulsation amplitude of the wind chamber withГ-type mutation outlet structure were stronger than that of the one with C-type smooth export structure.
