目的：探讨药学服务对慢性阻塞性肺疾病( COPD)患者健康状况的影响。方法比较我院药学服务对呼吸内科2013年1-10月诊断COPD患者54例(对照组)和55例(干预组)健康状况的影响。结果与对照组相比，干预组患者的用药依从性显著提高(P<0．05)，药物不良事件的发生率较低(P<0．05)，患者满意度较高(P<0．05)，圣乔治呼吸问卷(SGRQ)分值较低，结果具有显著差异(P<0．05)。两组患者肺功能比较差异无统计学意义(P>0．05)。结论通过对COPD患者进行规范化的药学服务，可改善COPD患者的健康状况。
목적：탐토약학복무대만성조새성폐질병( COPD)환자건강상황적영향。방법비교아원약학복무대호흡내과2013년1-10월진단COPD환자54례(대조조)화55례(간예조)건강상황적영향。결과여대조조상비，간예조환자적용약의종성현저제고(P<0．05)，약물불량사건적발생솔교저(P<0．05)，환자만의도교고(P<0．05)，골교치호흡문권(SGRQ)분치교저，결과구유현저차이(P<0．05)。량조환자폐공능비교차이무통계학의의(P>0．05)。결론통과대COPD환자진행규범화적약학복무，가개선COPD환자적건강상황。
Objective To evaluate the pharmaceutical care effects on the health conditions of chronic obstruc-tive pulmonary disease( COPD) patients. Methods Patients diagnosed with COPD from January to October 2013 in re-spiratory department of our hospital were randomly allocated to receive intervention ( intervention group, n =55 ) or standard care(control group,n=54). Changes in main outcomes of the two groups were measured and compared. Re-sults Compared with control group,medication adherence of patients in pharmacy intervention group improved more significantly( P<0. 05 );the incidence of ADE decreased more significantly ( P <0. 05 );and the patient satisfaction with hospitalization improved more dramatically( P<0. 05 );the test values of St. George′s Respiratory Questionnaire (SGRQ)decreased more remarkably(P<0. 05). No significant difference was found in pulmonary functions between the two groups(P>0. 05). Conclusion The standard pharmaceutical care can improve the health state in COPD patients.
