目的:探讨加红生化汤中阿魏酸的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,用Agilent TC-C18(4.6 mm ×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱,用甲醇-0.3%冰醋酸溶液(30∶70)作为流动相,流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为323 nm,进样量10μL。结果阿魏酸在浓度9.88~98.8μg/mL范围内与峰面积形成良好的线性关系,线性方程为Y=57765 X-47.898(R2=0.9998);平均回收率为99.07%,RSD为1.4%(n=6)。结论该方法简便、快速、准确、重复性好,可作为加红生化汤中阿魏酸的含量测定方法。

목적:탐토가홍생화탕중아위산적함량측정방법。방법채용고효액상색보법,용Agilent TC-C18(4.6 mm ×250 mm,5μm)색보주,용갑순-0.3%빙작산용액(30∶70)작위류동상,류속위1.0 mL/min,검측파장위323 nm,진양량10μL。결과아위산재농도9.88~98.8μg/mL범위내여봉면적형성량호적선성관계,선성방정위Y=57765 X-47.898(R2=0.9998);평균회수솔위99.07%,RSD위1.4%(n=6)。결론해방법간편、쾌속、준학、중복성호,가작위가홍생화탕중아위산적함량측정방법。
Objective To discuss a method for the content determination of ferulic acid in Jiahong Shenghua-tang. Methods The content of ferulic acid was determined by HPLC. The separation was performed on Agilent TC-C18 (4. 6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of Acetonitrile-0. 3%phosphoric acid solution(30∶70),the flow rate was 1. 0 mL/min and the detection wavelength was at 323 nm. Results The linear range was 9. 88 ~98. 8μg/mL,and the regression equation was Y=57 765 X-47. 898(R2 =0. 999 8). The average recovery was 99. 07%and RSD was 1. 4%(n=6). Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and reproducible,which can be used for the con-tent determination of ferulic acid in Jiahong Shenghuatang.
