目的:观察硒酵母对2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血清C肽水平的影响。方法选取120例T2DM患者,依据随机原则分为:对照组(60例,予以常规降糖等正规治疗措施)和治疗组(60例,在常规治疗基础上加用硒酵母片治疗,至少应用3个月)。治疗1年后比较治疗前后两组患者的空腹C肽水平、餐后2hC肽、餐后2hC肽较空腹C肽倍数、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、空腹血糖(FPG)及餐后2h血糖(PPG)差异。应用Pearson相关性分析分别评估硒酵母疗程与空腹C肽水平、餐后2hC肽的相关性。结果治疗前两组上述各项指标差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后与对照组相比,治疗组的空腹C肽水平、餐后2hC肽、HbA1c、FPG与PPG显著改善(P<0.05),而两组餐后2hC肽较空腹C肽倍数比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。硒酵母疗程与空腹C肽水平(r=0.613, P=0.021)、餐后2hC肽(r=0.574, P=0.038)均存在正相关。结论硒酵母可提高T2DM患者空腹及餐后2hC肽水平,改善血糖控制程度。

목적:관찰서효모대2형당뇨병(T2DM)환자혈청C태수평적영향。방법선취120례T2DM환자,의거수궤원칙분위:대조조(60례,여이상규강당등정규치료조시)화치료조(60례,재상규치료기출상가용서효모편치료,지소응용3개월)。치료1년후비교치료전후량조환자적공복C태수평、찬후2hC태、찬후2hC태교공복C태배수、당화혈홍단백(HbA1c)、공복혈당(FPG)급찬후2h혈당(PPG)차이。응용Pearson상관성분석분별평고서효모료정여공복C태수평、찬후2hC태적상관성。결과치료전량조상술각항지표차이균무통계학의의(P>0.05)。치료후여대조조상비,치료조적공복C태수평、찬후2hC태、HbA1c、FPG여PPG현저개선(P<0.05),이량조찬후2hC태교공복C태배수비교차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)。서효모료정여공복C태수평(r=0.613, P=0.021)、찬후2hC태(r=0.574, P=0.038)균존재정상관。결론서효모가제고T2DM환자공복급찬후2hC태수평,개선혈당공제정도。
Objective To analyze the effect of selenium yeast on serum level of C-peptide in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM). Methods A total of 120 patients with T2DM were randomly divided into two groups,control group(n=60)received regular hypoglycemic therapy,treatment group(n=60)received selenium yeast therapy based on regular hypoglycemic therapy and the course of selenium yeast therapy at least 3 months. After one year treatment,the indexes of fasting C-peptide level,2 h post-prandial C-peptide level,the ratio of 2 h post-prandial C-peptide to fasting C-peptide,HbA1c,fasting plasma glucose(FPG)and 2 h post-prandial plasma glucose(PPG)were compared between the two groups. The relationships of the course of selenium yeast to fasting C-peptide level and 2 h post-prandial C-peptide level were analyzed by Pearson correlation analysis. Results The above indexes before therapy had no significant difference between the two groups(P>0. 05). Compared with control group,the indexes of fasting C-peptide level,2 h post-prandial C-peptide level,HbA1c,FPG and PPG in treatment group were more perfect(P <0. 05),and there was no significant difference in the ratio of 2 h post-prandial C-peptide to fasting C-peptide(P >0. 05). The positive relationships of the course of selenium yeast to fasting C-peptide level(r=0. 613,P=0. 021)and 2 h post-prandial C-peptide level(r=0. 574,P =0. 038)were confirmed by Pearson correlation analysis. Conclusion The selenium yeast can increase the serum levels of fasting and 2 h post-prandial C-peptide,and also improve the de-gree of glycemic control in patients with T2DM.
