目的：探讨在AECOPD抗感染治疗中监测PCT的价值。方法检索万方数据库、中国期刊全文数据库。纳入研究组为PCT指导组的临床随机对照试验。结果共纳入6个研究,Meta分析结果表明,以血清PCT含量0．25μg/L作为启用或停用抗菌药物的截断点可显著减少抗菌药物的使用；而且与常规治疗比较,疗效无显著差异。结论以血清PCT含量0．25μg/L作为AECOPD患者启用或停用抗菌药物的截断点可以在临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effects of anti-infective therapy in acute exacerbations of chronic ob-structive pulmonary disease(AECOPD)monitored with procalcitonin(PCT). Methods China Academic Journals in Wanfang Database were searched. Studies with PCT as experimental parameter in randomized controlled trial were in-cluded in Meta-analysis. Results In six studies, antibiotics were significantly reduced after using serum PCT levels 0. 25 μg/L as truncation point. Efficacy had no significant difference in comparison with the conventional treatment. Conclusion Serum PCT levels 0. 25 μg/L in patients with AECOPD is a cut-off point for application of antibiotics.
