目的：比较瓷贴面和纳米树脂修复上前牙切角缺损的临床疗效。方法：对上前牙切角缺损患者行瓷贴面修复或纳米树脂修复，1年后对其修复效果进行评估。结果：瓷贴面在修复体颜色、边缘密合度、牙髓反应方面，均优于纳米树脂修复。结论：瓷贴面用于上前牙切角缺损的修复可取得比较好的临床效果。
목적：비교자첩면화납미수지수복상전아절각결손적림상료효。방법：대상전아절각결손환자행자첩면수복혹납미수지수복，1년후대기수복효과진행평고。결과：자첩면재수복체안색、변연밀합도、아수반응방면，균우우납미수지수복。결론：자첩면용우상전아절각결손적수복가취득비교호적림상효과。
Objective:To compare the clinical effects of porcelain laminate veneers(PLV) and nano resin for upper incisors with incisal angle defect. Method:Patients with incisal angle defect of anterior upper teeth were treated using PLV and nano resin. Restorations were evaluated after in one year. Result:PLV had greater success rate than nano resin in color of restoration,marginal adaptation and pulp reaction. Conclusion:PLV had much better clinical effect for upper incisors with incisal angle deffect.
