目的:研究4种瓷熔附金属修复体磁共振成像伪影的影响。方法:制取右下第二前磨牙全冠预备体的超硬石膏模型,使用镍铬合金、钴铬合金、银钯合金、金合金分别制作4类烤瓷冠实验样本,每类型合金3个样本,于体外进行磁共振检测,对产生的伪影进行测量,SPSS 16.0统计软件进行分析。结果:梯度回波(GRE)序列形成伪影范围最大,自旋回波(SE)序列次之,快速自旋回波(TSE)序列最小。伪影范围从大到小依次为镍铬、钴铬、银钯、金合金。TSE序列中镍铬、钴铬、银钯合金冠边缘局部可见高信号环带,金合金冠边缘光滑,无变形。结论:镍铬、钴铬合金MRI伪影范围较大,选用贵金属修复及TSE序列修复可最大限度地减少MRI伪影形成。

목적:연구4충자용부금속수복체자공진성상위영적영향。방법:제취우하제이전마아전관예비체적초경석고모형,사용얼락합금、고락합금、은파합금、금합금분별제작4류고자관실험양본,매류형합금3개양본,우체외진행자공진검측,대산생적위영진행측량,SPSS 16.0통계연건진행분석。결과:제도회파(GRE)서렬형성위영범위최대,자선회파(SE)서렬차지,쾌속자선회파(TSE)서렬최소。위영범위종대도소의차위얼락、고락、은파、금합금。TSE서렬중얼락、고락、은파합금관변연국부가견고신호배대,금합금관변연광활,무변형。결론:얼락、고락합금MRI위영범위교대,선용귀금속수복급TSE서렬수복가최대한도지감소MRI위영형성。
Objective:To evaluate the range of artifacts generated by four metal alloys. Method:Get the preparation anhydrite model of low right second premolar.Porcelain-fused-to-metal (PFM) crown were made from Nickel-chrome (Ni-Cr),Cobalt-chrome (Co-Cr),Silver-palladium (Ag-Pd),gold alloys,3 samples for each one.The samples were subjected to magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) examination.The areas of MRI artifacts were measured and SPSS16.0 statistic software was employed for analysis. Result:The GRE sequences made the largest range of artifacts,lower in SE sequences,lowest in TSE sequences.The areas of artifacts is lower from Ni-Cr,Co-Cr to Ag-Pd follow to gold alloys.The border of PFM of Ni-Cr, Co-Cr and Ag-Pd were found a hyperintense girdle band,however no distortion in gold alloys. Conclusion:The areas of artifacts from Ni-Cr and Co-Cr alloys is conspicuous.Use noble metal restorations and TSE sequences can minimize the metal artifacts maximatily.
