针对电火花小孔加工中加工速度低、电极损耗严重、工件产生斜度和棱角变钝等缺陷,提出了改进小孔工具电极、研制新型工作液以提高电火花加工性能的具体措施,并在电火花机床上进行了试验。通过大量的试验研究得出:在相同的电参数下,与传统工艺相比,采用新型工作液作为介质并配有改进的电极进行电火花小孔加工时,其加工速度大幅提高、电极损耗与工件锥度有所降低,从而提高了电火花加工性能。

For small electric spark machining,the processing speed is low,the electrode loss serious,artifacts,produce the de-fects,such as slope and dull edges and tool electrode is proposed to improve the holes,develop new working liquid etc.Specific measures to improve the performance of electrical discharge machining technology,and conducted on the Electro-discharge Machi-ning ( EDM) machine.Through a lot of experimental study concluded that:under the same electrical parameters,compared with the traditional technology,new working fluid as a medium and the improvement of electrode in EDM small hole machining,its pro-cessing speed is greatly increased,taper electrode and the workpiece is reduced,so as to improve the performance of electrical discharge machining.
