针对现有旋转电弧传感器转速高、振动大的缺点,运用三维软件和ADAMS软件建立圆锥摆式高速旋转电弧传感器虚拟样机,并对传感器进行振动分析。通过增加平衡结构来减小传感器的振动,并在ADAMS中对平衡结构参数进行优化设计。优化结果表明,优化后传感器的振幅是优化前的12.9%,有效地降低了旋转电弧传感器的振动,提高了焊接成形质量。
針對現有鏇轉電弧傳感器轉速高、振動大的缺點,運用三維軟件和ADAMS軟件建立圓錐襬式高速鏇轉電弧傳感器虛擬樣機,併對傳感器進行振動分析。通過增加平衡結構來減小傳感器的振動,併在ADAMS中對平衡結構參數進行優化設計。優化結果錶明,優化後傳感器的振幅是優化前的12.9%,有效地降低瞭鏇轉電弧傳感器的振動,提高瞭銲接成形質量。

Because of the large vibration of the existing rotating arc sensor in high speed,the virtual prototype of conical pendulum rotating arc sensor is established using 3D software and ADAMS software and the vibration is also analyzed.The vibration is re-duced by increasing the equilibrium structure on the sensor,and the parameter study design and optimization design of the equi-librium structure are also performed in the ADAMS software.The results show that the amplitude of optimized arc sensor is en-hanced to 12.9%,so the vibration of rotating arc sensor is effectively reduced and the welding quality is also improved.
