为了方便生产性企业设备维修动态管理过程的实施,提高设备报修维修管理效率,提出一种基于Android和Web的设备维修动态管理系统实现方法。该系统包括报修接入、客户端、基于Web的信息管理和数据库。报修接入采用按钮呼叫方式,通过无线射频技术,借助转接设备和接入服务软件连接到数据库。客户端是Android平台上的交互系统,通过移动终端服务和数据库相连。客户端可以进行维修任务的查看、派工和确认,可以通过条码扫描对过程进行控制。基于Web的信息管理提供了通过网页对系统数据进行维护和统计的途径。该系统已在某服装生产企业进行了实际应用测试,能够有效提高管理效率。系统具有灵活部署特点,特别适用于劳动密集型高的生产企业,在设备报修率较高的情况下提高设备维修管理效率。

In order to facilitate the implementation of dynamic management process of equipments repairing in production enterprises, improve the management efficiency of equipments ’ trouble calling and repairing, in this paper we propose an Android and Web-based implementation approach for dynamic management system of equipments repairing.The system includes trouble calling access, client, Web-based information management and database.Trouble calling access uses button-call mode, through radio frequency technology and with the help of switching device and access service software it is connected to database.The client is the interaction system on Android platform, and is connected to database by mobile terminal services, it can be used to view, dispatch and confirm the repairing tasks, and can control the procedure by bar code scanning.The Web-based information management provides a way of maintaining and counting the system data through webpage.The system has been tested as a practical application in a certain garment production company, it can effectively improve the management efficiency.The system has the feature of flexible deployment, and is particularly suitable for highly labour-intensive production enterprises.In the case of higher equipments’ trouble calling rate, it improves the equipments repairing and management efficiency.
