目的：观察风湿通痹膏治疗类风湿关节炎的临床疗效。方法：将80例类风湿关节炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组40例。对照组采用常规西药治疗，治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用风湿通痹膏外敷，两组均以30 d为1个疗程，连续2个疗程。分析治疗前后两组患者各项评分及疾病活动度。结果：治疗组脱落5例，显效25例，有效9例，无效1例，有效率为97.14%；对照组脱落2例，显效21例，有效12例，无效5例，有效率为86.84%。两组比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。两组症状积分、实验室指标（类风湿因子、C-反应蛋白、红细胞沉降率）均有改善（P<0.05）；且治疗组在症状积分、C-反应蛋白方面改善优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：风湿通痹膏外敷能显著降低类风湿关节炎症状积分和C-反应蛋白。
목적：관찰풍습통비고치료류풍습관절염적림상료효。방법：장80례류풍습관절염환자수궤분위치료조화대조조，매조40례。대조조채용상규서약치료，치료조재대조조치료기출상가용풍습통비고외부，량조균이30 d위1개료정，련속2개료정。분석치료전후량조환자각항평분급질병활동도。결과：치료조탈락5례，현효25례，유효9례，무효1례，유효솔위97.14%；대조조탈락2례，현효21례，유효12례，무효5례，유효솔위86.84%。량조비교，차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）。량조증상적분、실험실지표（류풍습인자、C-반응단백、홍세포침강솔）균유개선（P<0.05）；차치료조재증상적분、C-반응단백방면개선우우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론：풍습통비고외부능현저강저류풍습관절염증상적분화C-반응단백。
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Fengshi Tongbi Ointment in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.Methods:80 cases with rheumatoid arthritis were randomly and equally divided into a treatment group and a control group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,while the treatment group was treated with Fengshi Tongbi Ointment external application based on the treatment of the control group.Both groups were treated for 2 courses(30 days for each). Analyses of scores and disease activity of two groups were made before and after the treatment.Results:In the treatment group,5 cases fell off,25 cases were markedly effective,9 cases were effective,and 1 case was invalid,the effective rate being 97.14%;while in the control group,2 cases fell off,21 cases were markedly effective,12 cases were effective,and 5 cases were invalid,the efficiency being 86.84%.Comparing the two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The symptom scores and laboratory indexes(rheumatoid factor,C-reactive protein,erythrocyte sedimentation rate)of both groups were improved(P<0.05);and the treatment group was better than the control group in the symptom score and C-reactive protein,the difference being statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:External application of Fengshi Tongbi Ointment can significantly reduce the symptom score and C-reactive protein of rheumatoid arthritis.
