从防撞梁几何和成形特点分析入手,采用有限元分析方法对高强钢的车门防撞梁进行了冷冲压拉深成形研究。分析了高分子薄膜润滑剂对车门防撞梁拉深成形时的成形破裂的影响,并进一步探讨了薄膜润滑拉伸工艺。结果表明:高分子薄膜对于板料拉深极限的提高有一定效果;坯料与凹模间摩擦因数对高强钢成形影响较大;高分子薄膜塑性变形区与高强钢防撞梁的主要变形区一致,且整个变形过程无润滑失效。
從防撞樑幾何和成形特點分析入手,採用有限元分析方法對高彊鋼的車門防撞樑進行瞭冷遲壓拉深成形研究。分析瞭高分子薄膜潤滑劑對車門防撞樑拉深成形時的成形破裂的影響,併進一步探討瞭薄膜潤滑拉伸工藝。結果錶明:高分子薄膜對于闆料拉深極限的提高有一定效果;坯料與凹模間摩抆因數對高彊鋼成形影響較大;高分子薄膜塑性變形區與高彊鋼防撞樑的主要變形區一緻,且整箇變形過程無潤滑失效。

According to the geometric and forming characteristics of anti-collision beam,the finite el-ement method was used to study the stretch forming with cold punching of door beam made by high strength steel. The influence of polymer film lubricant on the fracture formed during stretch forming of door beam was analyzed and the drawing process of film lubrication was further discussed. Polymer film has certain effect to the improvement of sheet drawing limitation,and the friction between the blank and the die factor have great effect on high-strength steel forming,and the plastic deformation zone is the same as the main deformation zone of high-strength steel anticollision beam,and there is no lubrication failure during the whole deformation process.
