宽范围DC/DC辅助电源是高电压大容量电力电子变流系统的重要组成部分,尤其是对于具有标准化、模块化、分布式结构的中高压大容量电力电子变流系统意义更重大。首先,基于双管反激电路,设计制作了一个宽范围高电压80~800 V输入/低电压24 V输出的辅助电源样机,针对常规双管反激电源反馈电路存在的问题,进行了详细分析并提出解决方法;其次,给出了实验波形,对实验波形中的尖峰及震荡现象进行定性分析并给出解决思路;最后,利用闭环系统的开环传递函数对双管反激电路进行了稳定性分析。
寬範圍DC/DC輔助電源是高電壓大容量電力電子變流繫統的重要組成部分,尤其是對于具有標準化、模塊化、分佈式結構的中高壓大容量電力電子變流繫統意義更重大。首先,基于雙管反激電路,設計製作瞭一箇寬範圍高電壓80~800 V輸入/低電壓24 V輸齣的輔助電源樣機,針對常規雙管反激電源反饋電路存在的問題,進行瞭詳細分析併提齣解決方法;其次,給齣瞭實驗波形,對實驗波形中的尖峰及震盪現象進行定性分析併給齣解決思路;最後,利用閉環繫統的開環傳遞函數對雙管反激電路進行瞭穩定性分析。

The wide range DC/DC auxiliary power supply was an important part of a high-voltage and large-capacity power electronic converter system. Especial y it was of greater significance to the medium-high voltage and large-capacity power electronic converter system with the distributed architecture of standardization and`modularization. First of al , based on the double transistor flyback circuit, an auxiliary power supply prototype with a wide-range, high-voltage 80~800V input and 24 V output, was designed. The conventional feedback circuit was analyzed in detail and the methods for solving the existent question were offered. Then, experimental waveforms were presented. The peak and oscil ation in the experimental waveforms were analyzed qualitatively and relative solution was given. Final y, the stability of the double transistor flyback circuit was analyzed by means of open-loop transfer function of the close-loop system.
