首先建立了光伏阵列的通用仿真模型,针对常用最大功率跟踪方法中增量电导法在温差较大时启动寻优较慢的问题,将开路电压在线温度补偿法与增量电导法相结合。基于输入输出反馈线性化技术,设计了三相光伏逆变器的非线性解耦控制系统。最后利用PSCAD/EMTDC仿真对上述系统模型和控制策略进行了仿真验证。结果表明:该控制系统能够快速跟随光照和温度的剧烈变化准确实现最大功率跟踪,有效实现了有功功率和无功功率的解耦控制,具有较强的鲁棒控制特性。

A general photovoltaic array simulation model was built. Considering that when large temperature variation would lead a long tracking response time for incremental conductance maximum power point tracking (MPPT) method, an improved MPPT algorithm based on temperature compensation method was proposed. Based on the input-output feedback linearization, the nonlinear decoupling control system of photovoltaic inverter was designed. The PV system model and control strategy were verified by PSCAD/EMTDC simulations. It's presented that the improved MPPT strategy could quickly and accurately achieve maximum power point tracking with sudden environment change. Decoupling control of active and reactive power was realized, and strong robust control characteristic was obtained.
