为了实时监测蓄电池组电压、电流及电池容量等参数,设计电池监控系统,根据采集的电池组参数自动判断电池健康等级,并采用CANBUS总线实现网络化远程监控功能。重点介绍了系统的硬件电路设计,并对器件的选择和参数确定做了具体的说明,同时对系统的软件设计做了详细的分析说明。

For real-time monitoring Pb battery voltage, current, operating temperature, battery capacity and other parameters, battery monitoring system was designed. Battery health level was automatical y determined by the col ected battery parameters. Network remote monitoring capabilities were achieved using CANBUS bus. The system hardware circuit design was mainly introduced, and a serious explaination was made on device selection and parameter determination. A specific description of the system software design was made to describe the analysis and explanation.
