根据单体锂离子电池的生热模型估算生热率,并使用CFD软件对35 Ah动力锰酸锂强迫风冷电池箱建立二维有限元模型求解,得出温度分布结果与流场分布结果。对该电池箱内的温度进行了实验测量,对比分析了模拟和实验的结果,结果表明二维模拟结果与实验结果较为吻合,可用来初步研究电池箱内的温度分布。通过分析现有箱体内部温度分布情况,提出了电池箱散热设计的优化措施。

According to the single lithium-ion battery heat generation model, the heat generation rate was estimated. By the CFD software, two-dimensional finite element model of 35Ah lithium manganese oxide battery pack under cooling was established, and then the temperature and flow distribution results were solved. The temperature in the battery pack was measured by experiment. The result between simulation and experimental was compared, and it was presented that two-dimensional simulation was nearly consistent and can be used to study the temperature distribution in the battery pack. And some improved measures on cooling were put forward by analyzing the temperature distribution of the existing pack.
