为辅助锂电池化成物流自动化生产线规划,利用仿真软件Flexsim给出模型的体系结构、组成和流程,建立了实验生产线的三维仿真模型,模拟了实际生产线的作业过程,实现了锂电池化成自动化生产线模型的系统设计、动态运行、数据分析及系统优化。通过分析各环节的运转情况,提出优化措施,对化成物流自动化生产线实际的设计及改进提供了重要的参考依据。
為輔助鋰電池化成物流自動化生產線規劃,利用倣真軟件Flexsim給齣模型的體繫結構、組成和流程,建立瞭實驗生產線的三維倣真模型,模擬瞭實際生產線的作業過程,實現瞭鋰電池化成自動化生產線模型的繫統設計、動態運行、數據分析及繫統優化。通過分析各環節的運轉情況,提齣優化措施,對化成物流自動化生產線實際的設計及改進提供瞭重要的參攷依據。

In order to aid a planning of logistics automatic production line for lithium battery formation, the architecture, component and process of the model were put forward, and a three-dimensional simulation model of the experimental production lines based on Flexsim platform was established. The process of actual production line was simulated and the functioning of various aspects were analyzed. Then an optimization measure, which provide an important reference value for the design, was proposed, and the logistics automatic production line was improved.
