基于2000年至2012年国家知识产权局专利信息分析系统（PIAS）数据库中的上海市63所高校的专利数据，从授权发明专利的数量、专利权人、技术领域以及合作申请状况等不同维度研究上海高校技术创新的现状，从而找出存在的问题，并为上海高校技术发明能力的提升提出针对性的对策与建议。

Based on the authorized patent of invention of the colleges and universities in Shanghai from 2000 to 2012 by using the PIAS database from the State Intellectual Property Office of China (SIPO),we carried on the statistical analysis including the number of authorized patent of invention,patent assignee,patent technology field distribution and patent co-operation ability of the colleges and universities in Shanghai.According to the situation,the inherent advantage and the existing problems in technology innovation ability of the colleges and universities in this area are discussed and corre-sponding suggestions are given.
