This paper analyzes the technology transfer system of Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory (LBNL)from both internal and external aspects.Then combined with the economic impact report by CBRE company,this paper analyzes the benefit of scientific and technological achievement transformation.Finally,for the current problems of our national laborato-ries,some suggestions are proposed to develop the technology transfer system.
