以昆山市为例，探讨长三角地区新兴产业与传统产业的发展阶段与特征，分析长三角从制造业承接向新兴产业转型的变迁动力与变迁机会，并提出长三角从承接制造业向新兴产业转型的变迁路径，诸如高新技术化路径、新兴产业配套路径、有序退出淘汰路径、科教资源产业化路径。

This study takes Kunshan as a case,and discusses the development stages and characteristics of emerging indus-tries and traditional industries in Yangtze River Delta.Based on analysis of transition power and opportunities,we put for-ward transformation paths from undertaking manufacturing to emerging industries of Yangtze River Delta,such as high -tech converting path,supporting facilities of emerging industries path,ordinal withdrawal paths and industrialized science and education path.
