应用 Malquist －DEA 方法对2008—2011年我国省际知识产权全要素生产率进行了测算，并引入 Bootstrap－DEA 技术估计了全要素生产率及其构成的效率变化，修正了计算的准确性，结果表明2010—2011年间我国31个省市区的全要素生产率更接近效率前沿面。经过 Bootstrap 修正后，2008—2011年间我国西部超过半数区域的全要素生产率低估。

In this paper,Malquist -DEA approach was utilized to estimate the total factor productivity efficiency change of inter -provincial intellectual property rights in China from 2008 to 201 1 .The paper calculated the changes in TFP and components by the introduction of Bootstrap -DEA technique,and corrected accuracy of the calculation.The results showed that TFP was more closer to the efficiency frontier between 201 0 to 201 1 .The TFP scores in more than half of the Chinese western regions had been underestimated between 2008 to 201 1 after bootstrap correction.
