目的：探讨不留置尿管对全膝关节置换术后患者排尿情况的影响。方法将80例行初次全膝关节置换术患者随机分为观察组和对照组各40例。观察组术前不留置尿管，对照组术前留置尿管。比较术后两组患者第一次排尿时间，尿潴留发生率，尿路刺激征发生率以及患者的舒适度。结果两组各项观察指标的比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论为减轻患者痛苦和尿道黏膜损伤，行全膝关节置换术患者术前可不留置尿管。
목적：탐토불류치뇨관대전슬관절치환술후환자배뇨정황적영향。방법장80례행초차전슬관절치환술환자수궤분위관찰조화대조조각40례。관찰조술전불류치뇨관，대조조술전류치뇨관。비교술후량조환자제일차배뇨시간，뇨저류발생솔，뇨로자격정발생솔이급환자적서괄도。결과량조각항관찰지표적비교차이유통계학의의（P＜0．05）。결론위감경환자통고화뇨도점막손상，행전슬관절치환술환자술전가불류치뇨관。
Objective To investigate the influence of no indwelling urinary catheter urination for patients after to‐tal knee arthroplasty .Method 80 patients with primary total knee arthroplasty were randomly divided into observa‐tion group and control group (40 cases in each group) .There was no indwelling urinary catheter urination in obser‐vation group .There was indwelling urinary catheter urination in controls group .The postoperative first time of uri‐nation ,The incidence of urinary retention ,urinary irritation symptoms and patients’comfort rate was observed and compared between groups .Result The postoperative first time of urination in observation group was shorter than that of the control group .there was significant difference between the two groups (P<0 .05) .The postoperative u‐rine retention rate and urinary tract irritation in observation group was lower than that of the control group .There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0 .05) .The patients'postoperative comfort score in observa‐tion group was higher than that of the control group ,There was significant difference between the two groups (P<0 .05) .Conclusion In order to alleviate the suffering of patients and urethral mucosa ,there is no need indwelling catheter for patients with total knee arthroplasty .
