目的:探究胸部外伤患者采取CT诊断的价值。方法选取2013年1月-2014年2月间收治的75例胸部外伤患者进行诊断和研究,将患者采取CT诊断结果命名为实验组,将患者采取X线片的检查结果命名为对照组,对比诊断效果。结果CT诊断和X线片的诊断中,实验组患者骨折检查的准确率为100%,气胸血胸的检查准确率为100%,对照组患者骨折检查的准确率为87.7%,气胸血胸的检查准确率为74.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);肺损伤的诊断上差异较小,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论胸部外伤患者在诊断中,采取CT诊断的方法,可清楚观察到患者受伤的情况,为病情的处理提供可靠的资料。

목적:탐구흉부외상환자채취CT진단적개치。방법선취2013년1월-2014년2월간수치적75례흉부외상환자진행진단화연구,장환자채취CT진단결과명명위실험조,장환자채취X선편적검사결과명명위대조조,대비진단효과。결과CT진단화X선편적진단중,실험조환자골절검사적준학솔위100%,기흉혈흉적검사준학솔위100%,대조조환자골절검사적준학솔위87.7%,기흉혈흉적검사준학솔위74.4%,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05);폐손상적진단상차이교소,차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)。결론흉부외상환자재진단중,채취CT진단적방법,가청초관찰도환자수상적정황,위병정적처리제공가고적자료。
Objective To investigate the value of CT in the diagnosis of patients with chest trauma. Methods 75 cases with chest trauma admitted from January 2013 to February 2014 were selected for the diagnosis and study. Patients diagnosed by CT were named as the experimental group, and patients diagnosed by X-ray were named as the control group. And the diagnostic efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results In the experimental group diagnosed by CT, the diagnostic accuracy of fracture was 100%, and that of pneumothorax and hemothorax was 100%, while in the control group diagnosed by X-ray, the diagnostic accu-racy of fracture was 87.7%, and that of pneumothorax and hemothorax was 74.4%, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05); but the difference in the diagnosis of injury of lungs between the two groups was small with no statistical significance (P>0.05). Conclusion For the diagnosis of chest trauma patients, by CT diagnostic method the situation of the injured patients can be clearly observed, which can provide reliable data for the treatment of the disease.
