目的：探讨护理软技能在优质护理服务示范工程中的应用作用。方法该组研究选择时间为2011年1月-2014年2月，该院全体护士作为该次研究的对象。加强优质护理服务示范工程的学习，提高护士软技能培训，自制护理满意度调查表，观察护理满意度改善情况。结果活动开展前，患者护理满意度评分为(82.1±11.2)分，活动开展后为(95.2±13.2)分，与活动开展前比较，结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；活动开展前五项维度，工作热情度、学习能力、组织能力、语言表达能力及礼仪评分分别为(11.5±5.5)、(9.6±4.7)、(7.8±4.8)、(12.3±4.5)、(12.5±4.8)，活动开展后，五项能力均得到显著性提升(P<0.05)，分别为(16.8±5.7)、(16.7±5.1)、(16.5±4.7)、(19.6±5.1)、(17.2±5.1)。活动开展期间，未发生严重护患冲突，整体护理效果较为满意。结论将护理软技能提升纳入到优质护理服务示范工程活动中，在提高护士的基本技能的基础上，有效地提高了患者的护理满意度，提高了护理质量。

목적：탐토호리연기능재우질호리복무시범공정중적응용작용。방법해조연구선택시간위2011년1월-2014년2월，해원전체호사작위해차연구적대상。가강우질호리복무시범공정적학습，제고호사연기능배훈，자제호리만의도조사표，관찰호리만의도개선정황。결과활동개전전，환자호리만의도평분위(82.1±11.2)분，활동개전후위(95.2±13.2)분，여활동개전전비교，결과차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)；활동개전전오항유도，공작열정도、학습능력、조직능력、어언표체능력급례의평분분별위(11.5±5.5)、(9.6±4.7)、(7.8±4.8)、(12.3±4.5)、(12.5±4.8)，활동개전후，오항능력균득도현저성제승(P<0.05)，분별위(16.8±5.7)、(16.7±5.1)、(16.5±4.7)、(19.6±5.1)、(17.2±5.1)。활동개전기간，미발생엄중호환충돌，정체호리효과교위만의。결론장호리연기능제승납입도우질호리복무시범공정활동중，재제고호사적기본기능적기출상，유효지제고료환자적호리만의도，제고료호리질량。
Objective To investigate the application effect of nursing soft skills in high-quality nursing service demonstration pro-ject. Methods The research time of this study was from January 2011 to February 2014, and the subjects were the nursing staff of our hospital. The learning of high-quality nursing service demonstration project was strengthened, the soft skills training of nurses was improved, nursing satisfaction questionnaire was made by ourselves, and the improvement of nursing satisfaction was observed. Results Before and after the implementation of the activities, the nursing satisfaction score was (82.1±11.2) points, (95.2±13.2) points, respectively, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);before the implementation of the activities, the score of five dimension, work passion, learning ability, organization ability, language expression skills and etiquette was (11.5±5.5), (9.6±4.7), (7.8±4.8), (12.3±4.5),(12.5±4.8), respectively, after the implementation of the activities, the ability of the five capabilities increased significantly (P<0.05), which was (16.8±5.7), (16.7±5.1), (16.5±4.7), (19.6±5.1), (17.2±5.1), respectively. During the period of im-plementation of the activities, there was no serious conflict between patients and nurses, the holistic nursing effect was satisfactory. Conclusion Improving the nursing soft skills incorporated into the high-quality nursing service demonstration project effectively enhance the nursing satisfaction and nursing quality based on the improvement of the basic nursing skills of the nurses.
