目的：探讨推拿手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法将2011-2014年来开原市中医医院就诊并诊断为腰椎间盘突出症的146例患者，依据知情、自愿及随机原则分为两组，其中治疗组80例，采用推拿手法治疗，对照组66例，采用三维立体牵引，两组均以30 d为1个疗程。并对两组的有效率、症状总积分、VAS积分、升高直腿抬高度数予以比较。结果治疗组的症状总积分、VAS积分、升高直腿抬高度数等指标及有效率均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在改善临床症状方面，推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症优于牵引治疗，其能有效反射性改善病变局部血液循环，解除病变部位肌肉痉挛及缓解疼痛。在临床经济效用方面，推拿具有疗程短、见效快、费用低等特点，病人易于接受，值得推广。

목적：탐토추나수법치료요추간반돌출증적림상료효。방법장2011-2014년래개원시중의의원취진병진단위요추간반돌출증적146례환자，의거지정、자원급수궤원칙분위량조，기중치료조80례，채용추나수법치료，대조조66례，채용삼유입체견인，량조균이30 d위1개료정。병대량조적유효솔、증상총적분、VAS적분、승고직퇴태고도수여이비교。결과치료조적증상총적분、VAS적분、승고직퇴태고도수등지표급유효솔균우우대조조，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론재개선림상증상방면，추나치료요추간반돌출증우우견인치료，기능유효반사성개선병변국부혈액순배，해제병변부위기육경련급완해동통。재림상경제효용방면，추나구유료정단、견효쾌、비용저등특점，병인역우접수，치득추엄。
Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic efficacy of massage manipulation in the treatment of protrusion of lumber disc(PLD). Methods 146 patients diagnosed as PLD in Kaiyuan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from 2011 to 2014 were divided into two groups according to the informed, voluntary and random principle. 80 cases in the treatment group were treated by massage manipulation, while 66 cases in the control group were treated by three-dimensional traction. 30 days were a course of treatment for both groups. The effective rate, total symptom score, VAS score, straight-leg raising height of the two groups were compared. Results The total symptom score, VAS score, straight-leg raising height and effective rate of the treatment group were better than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant, P<0.05. Conclusion For the treatment of PLD, in the aspect of improving the clinical symptoms, massage manipulation is better than traction treatment because it can effectively and reflectively improve the local blood circulation and relieve muscle spasm in the diseased region, and alleviate the pain, in the aspect of clinical economic efficiency, massage manipulation is easy to be accepted for the characteristics of short course of treat-ment, quick result, low cost and so on, therefore it is worthy of promotion.
