目的：对拔双J管困难病例进行回顾性分析，探讨拔管困难出现的原因，并给予预防手段及处理措施。方法对山东省苍山县人民医院15例术后双J管拔管困难病例进行回顾性分析，分析原因及治疗方案。结果15例患者均顺利拔管，均未见严重并发症发生。结论针对拔管困难的患者，应明确拔管困难的原因，针对不同的原因采取适合的拔管方案，以减少拔管困难所引起的不良后果。
목적：대발쌍J관곤난병례진행회고성분석，탐토발관곤난출현적원인，병급여예방수단급처리조시。방법대산동성창산현인민의원15례술후쌍J관발관곤난병례진행회고성분석，분석원인급치료방안。결과15례환자균순리발관，균미견엄중병발증발생。결론침대발관곤난적환자，응명학발관곤난적원인，침대불동적원인채취괄합적발관방안，이감소발관곤난소인기적불량후과。
Objective To analyze pull out the double J tube dififcult cases, to investigate the causes of decannulation dififcult to appear, and give the preventive measures and treatment measures. Methods A total of 15 cases of double J tube after decannulation dififcult cases, by the classiifcation and treatment plan. Results All 15 patients were extubated smoothly, no serious complications occurred. Conclusion For decannulation dififcult patients, should be clear decannulation difficult reason, for different reasons, the plan of the suitable tube drawing in order to reduce adverse consequences caused by decannulation dififcult.
