文章采用实地调查、访谈、文献资料、数理统计等研究方法，对武汉市各区的羽毛球场馆基本情况和市场运作进行调查研究，发现：（1）场馆布局不均衡；（2）场馆硬件设施不完善；（3）经营理念差，经营手段落后；（4）教练和陪练队伍量与质薄弱。针对目前武汉市羽毛球场馆现状与经营的问题，提出相应对策与措施来丰富武汉市羽毛球项目的健身市场。
